PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
HEWLETT PACKARD CORP - Indianapolis, IN August 2004 - October 2013
Business Operations Analyst I
Responsibilities include acting as a Single Point of Contact for asset tag issues between the various commercial manufacturing plants and the customer support teams. Established a Single Point of Contact with the customer support teams to improve asset tag replenishment cycle time. Manage the customer supplied asset tag inventories for the North American commercial contract manufacturers and several of the manufacturing partners overseas.
Before being promoted to the ATA Coordinator position, I worked as a Team Lead with a strong, competent, team of six technicians. During this time I was asked to spend three weeks assisting on-site one of our foreign contract manufacturers in setting up their customization area. I was also part of a team working with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt candidate, where I was responsible for the creation of an Asset Tag Training Manual. Due to my contributions to the aforementioned project, I was selected and subsequently trained through HP’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course.
As an asset tag administrator and coordinator I have been part of teams that have developed efficient processes for generating asset tags that have allowed HP to meet a several large or high visibility customer’s requirements. I have also been engaged in conversations with various customers to help solve issues or to help support sales.
Progressive Positions:
- Business Operations Analyst (ATA Coordinator)
- Team Lead
- Asset Tag Administrator
- End of Line Auditor / Out of Box Auditing (OBA)
- Quality Assurance Technician
- Bench Technician
